Dr. Dugan grew up in West Wichita. He graduated from Bishop Carroll Catholic High School and Kansas State University. After receiving his dental degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2002, he entered the United States Army.
During his time in the army, Dr. Dugan completed a one year advanced residency in general dentistry. He also spent four months deployed in Baghdad. He finished his active duty service and returned to Wichita. He has been at his present location since March 2006.
Dr. Dugan is a member of the Wichita District Dental Society (past board member), the Kansas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Dugan is married to his wonderful wife Jill and has six beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
